My Friend’s Closet
My Friend’s Closet
We Opened Saturday
January 16, 2010
Rev. Tony Holifield (top right and below), Senior Pastor of Central United Methodist Church in Fayetteville, AR, led a service of anointing and Holy Communion in the store Thursday, January 14, 2010 to ask God to bless the efforts of MY FRIEND’S CLOSET as it opened to the public Saturday, January 16.
We are excited about what God is doing through this group of women and those around them. Please support MY FRIEND’S CLOSET with your monetary gifts and/or your gently used items that you could donate.
The proceeds, after expenses, all go directly to support ministry and missions. We are trying to help people in Northwest Arkansas and around the world.
Won’t you help by making a donation or shopping at the store. The two best things you can do. Prayer is vital and would would love to have as many people as possible praying for God to receive Glory.
The staff and board are all volunteers and want to see people receive the help they need and God’s Kingdom expand.
Thank you for helping us stock the shelves and be ready for opening day. Now, if you could tell others about the store and pray, that would be great. Thank you so much for helping people through your generosity.
